Bio
I serve as the Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Information Management (HIIM) program and the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program. My research areas are summarized below. Against the advice of my doctor, I consume too much coffee. However I'm fairly sure I will outlive him. ☕☕
