Current Residents
Apply now so you can participate in room selection in March 2023. Current residents with completed contracts who do not choose space in March will participate in June room selection after new incoming students. Residents are strongly encouraged to complete the contract for March room selection participation for a better chance of getting the room type they desire. The 2023-2024 housing application is available on the Housing Portal.

Offerings for 2023-2024
- Housing rates have been reduced from last year for all room types.
- More two person/two bedroom apartments available for next year (designated and buyout options - designated have full size bed and buyout has two twin beds).
- $400 off fall and spring semester for two person/two bedroom apartments (must apply, pay $250 and sign contract by March 3).
- New Animal Friendly policy with designated buildings.
- Gender inclusive housing options available.
- Summer housing with no summer class enrollment requirement; must have been enrolled spring 2023 and be enrolled fall 2023.
2023-2024 Two Person/Two Bedroom Discount Guidelines
- Discount is for current residents living on campus spring 2023.
- Discount is for designated and buyout two person/two bedroom apartment options.
- Current residents must complete the housing contract and pay $250 by March 3 to receive $400 discount on a two person/two bedroom apartment.
- The $400 discount cannot be applied to another room type.
- To receive the discount, residents must move into a two person/two bedroom apartment at the start of the fall semester and remain in that room type for the spring semester.
- Full rate of $4391 billed to student account for fall and spring semesters.
- The $400 discount applied during first week of classes in fall and spring semesters.
Room Selection
Room selection for returning residents will be March 20-31, 2023.
To participate in March room selection:
- Complete housing contract and pay $250 by March 16 (March 3 to receive discount for two person/two bedroom apartment - see details above).
- You will receive an appointment date and time via your USI email.
Any current residents who do not participate in March room selection and have a completed housing contract will receive an appointment time for room selection in June after new incoming freshmen.
*Deadline to cancel the 2023-2024 housing contract without penalty is May 1, 2023. A housing contract is for a full academic year (fall and spring semesters). Refer to 2023-2024 Terms and Conditions.
