Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Housing
The spring 2024 only contract will be available November 1, 2023.
The fall 2024/spring 2025 housing contract will be available December 1, 2023.
IMPORTANT: A housing contract is for an academic year (fall and spring). If you cancel the contract, you may be subject to cancellation fees. Read the terms and conditions for more information.
Current USI Housing Residents
For current USI housing residents, room selection will be held March 2023.
Any current resident who does not participate in March room selection and has a housing contract will receive an appointment time for June room selection. Appointment times will be held June 5-16, 2023.
Freshmen/Other Students
Incoming freshmen, new transfers and returning residents (who didn't choose space in March) who have housing contracts will select space June 5-16. In order to participate in room selection, the housing contract must be completed by May 22, 2023. Contracts received after this date will be assigned by HRL staff.
Room Assignments
Room assignments will be available online July 15 (6 p.m. CST) to students who participated in room selection or have been assigned by HRL staff.
