Proctored Testing Procedure
Students may request a proctored exam when they are unable to test during the routine class time due to situational needs such as an absence from class. Students may make a Testing Reservation Request if they would like to initiate the process.
Professors needing to submit a test, may find a link on the USI forms website or submit materials here: Test Submission Form.
