The Collegiate Men of Distinction is a program designed to provide experiences that contribute to the growth, development, retention, and graduation of African American male students from all backgrounds. This experience aims to empower students to take charge of their own learning experiences and to build community in a meaningful way.

Meetings are held weekly on Fridays at 3 p.m. (Location: TBD).

The Vision

The Collegiate Men of Distinction will combine the skills of brotherhood, academic excellence, and leadership to further advance the standing for men of color in society.

The Collegiate Men of Distinction will come together weekly to define success, set goals to achieve success, and hold each other accountable. They encourage each other, learn from each other, and transform into better men during the process. Also, this group discusses current events and concepts that impact men of color.

The Collegiate Men of Distinction meets on Fridays at 3 p.m. Current students interested in joining should complete the Collegiate Men of Distinction form.
