Blockley joins Alumni and Volunteer Services

Caylin Blockley '13 has accepted the position of assistant director of Alumni and Volunteer Services at the University of Southern Indiana. Blockley will assist Janet Johnson, director of Alumni and Volunteer Services, in managing operations of Alumni and Volunteer Services and developing opportunities for alumni, parents, students and volunteers to remain connected and involved with USI.
He will recruit, train and manage USI volunteers, coordinate volunteer programs, and manage the USI Parents and Families Association, as well as the USI Student Alumni Association.
Blockley, originally from Troy, Illinois, joins Alumni and Volunteer Services after working more than a year with the USI Foundation, serving as communications and events coordinator. Prior to that, he served as a press secretary at the Indiana House of Representatives in Indianapolis.
A USI alumnus, Caylin holds a bachelor's degree in public relations and advertising and plans to graduate with his master's degree in communications from the University in fall 2016.
