Tammy anticipates needs and problems and works to address them without direction or instigation from others. Many of her efforts go unrecognized because she doesn't seek acknowledgement, but her efforts are essential to the successful operation of the Business Office.

Tammy puts others before herself routinely and many inside and outside our office look to her as a resource for information and solutions. Her consistent willingness to accept new responsibilities demonstrates teamwork and dedication to the common goal. She sets a good example for others to follow.
