USI to host virtual Adult Learner Expo October 27
The University of Southern Indiana will host the Your Success, Your Way: Adult Learner Expo from 6-7 p.m. CDT on Tuesday, October 27. Free and open to anyone considering returning to college or pursuing additional education, this virtual event offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the credentials and resources USI offers to adult learners. You do not have to be a current USI student or alumnus to attend.
Hosted by USI Online and Adult Learning and the USI School of Graduate Studies, the Expo is designed to empower current and future adult learners by providing the tools and resources needed to pursue or return to higher education and achieve their career goals. A live presentation titled, Your Success, Your Way: Discover What’s Possible at USI will give an in-depth look at the support resources USI offers, how to earn credit for prior learning, financing your education, and more.
Whether just exploring career development opportunities or working toward earning or finishing an undergraduate or graduate degree/certificate, the Adult Learner Expo will cover topics designed to inspire a passion for furthering education. A recording of the Expo presentation will be published the day after the event, and additional pre-recorded presentations and downloadable guides will be available on the Adult Learner Expo website at 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 27. Topics include:
