How do I apply

How do I apply? 

  1. Use the buttons provided to access the TLC application or access the TLC application through the Housing Portal.
  2. Be sure to choose your preferred TLC when completing your application.
    1. Please note: If you choose the Pathways to USI TLC or the Harolyn Torain Multicultural Leadership Scholarship TLC, you must be a member of those programs. If you are not a member of those programs, you will not be eligible to join either of those TLCs.
  3. That's it! We should be able to get back to you within a week to let you know the status of your application.
