Homecoming Office Decorating contest

Show your USI spirit by decorating your department’s office for Homecoming 2024!
Dress up your office and enter into the contest online at https://usi.presence.io/form/hoco24-office-decorating-contest. Registration deadline is January 31.
Judging will be based on:
- Use of the theme: Homecoming (Archie's Version): The Eras of USI
- Incorporation of school spirit and USI school colors of red and blue
- Creativity
The contest winner will receive a trophy that will travel among winning departments from year to year. Judging will take place at noon on Wednesday, February 7.
As you are decorating your offices, please remember these important dos and don'ts when it comes to fire safety of decor:
- Do not run electrical cords through doors or windows
- Do not block room, door or building numbers or signs
- Do not cover lights or light fixtures with any material, even if it is non-combustible
- Lights or cords may not be strung across areas where people walk
- Do not create tripping hazards
- Do not block or restrict exits
- Do not plug one power strip into another power strip
- Do not block fire extinguishers
- Do not place items or hinder the view of an Exit sign
- Do not dangle items in doorways to prevent vision or block movement
