Winter electrical outage and testing happening in December

Facilities Operations and Planning will be performing necessary electrical work in late December. Most of the work will be done over the holiday break to reduce the amount of inconveniences.

The schedule of electrical outages by times, dates and buildings is below: 

• 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, December 19 in the Recreation Fitness Wellness Center and the Aquatic Center
• 5 p.m. to 3 a.m. Monday, December 22 in the Liberal Arts Center and Publication/Copy Center
• 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, December 23 in the Wright Administration Building and the Science and Education Centers
• 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, December 26 in the Screaming Eagles Complex, Liberty Arena and Health Professions Center
• 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. Monday, December 29 on the Main Campus, in the Orr Center and the Fuquay Welcome Center. NOTE: Main campus will be affected, but NOT the student apartments or residence halls.
• 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, December 30 in University Center East and West and the Performance Center
