A large crowd gathered in Carter Hall this morning, Tuesday, August 8 for the 38th Annual Buffalo Trace Council Distinguished Citizen Award Banquet. During the event, the group honored President Rochon by recognizing him as the Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizen of the Year.
