Payroll Schedule - Memorial Day holiday

Due to the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 25, there will be an adjustment to the payroll schedule. 

Biweekly No. 11 due dates: 

• Tuesday, May 5: Changes to current employee positions are due by noon.
• Monday, May 18: New hires and stipends are due by noon.
• Monday, May 18: Any changes received after noon will be entered on Pay No. 12
• Thursday, May 21: Employees' web time entry timesheets must be completed and submitted by noon
• Friday, May 22: Approvers must approve web time entry timesheets no later than 10 a.m.
• Friday, May 29: Pay No. 11 will be deposited

This information is available on the Payroll Schedule, available online. Also, the due dates and times are located on the web time entry timesheets themselves—please check when to start a new timesheet. Employees will also get targeted email reminders on every payroll to start timesheet entries, complete and submit timesheets, and for the approvers to approve the timesheets.
