Volunteers needed for Operation Move-In Day

Volunteers are needed for Operation Move-In Day on August 13 to help students and families carry belongings into the residence hall suites. This is a wonderful opportunity for the University and Evansville communities to make a strong first impression on our newest Screagles!

To keep things manageable, the day is organized into three-hour volunteer shifts. Volunteers will receive a Move-In T-shirt to help students and families easily identify them as people ready to assist.

Volunteer teams will be stationed at each residence hall. The primary role of volunteers is to help students and families move items from their vehicles to their rooms while offering a warm welcome and demonstrating the caring spirit that makes USI special.

To volunteer, visit the SignUp link and complete the following steps:

• Review the available shifts and select your preferred spot(s).
• Sign up — it’s easy! You do not need to create an account or remember a password.

Note: SignUp does not share your email address. If you prefer not to use your email, contact Dr. Laurie Berry, Dean of Students, to be added manually to the volunteer list.
