Management Minor Overview

USI's management minor is available to all undergraduate students regardless of major and is designed to prepare you to provide leadership in business and organizations in your chosen field. You'll learn how to set the goals of an organization and decide how to achieve them by allocating the necessary human, financial, physical and information resources. You'll also develop the skills you need to coordinate work among members of the organization and learn how managing both yourself and managing others effectively translates into successfully managing organizations.
