Nutrition resources:

Nutrition Counseling: Students can meet one-on-one with a registered dietitian for nutrition counseling and education. This service is offered by KCNHP Food & Nutrition Program in collaboration with Recreation, Fitness and Wellness. 

CNHP Healthy Eating Resources and Nutrition Videos: Explore videos from USI's Food & Nutrition program. Topics include incorporating fruits and veggies, understanding food labels, meal prepping and more! 

Choose My Plate: Learn the building blocks for a healthy diet, and explore resources related to each food group. From the US Department of Agriculture. 

Sodexo Hot Spot - A guide to all the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free food choices on campus. 

Mindful by Sodexo - A guide to mindful eating with recipes, eating tips and tricks, and Q&A with a dietitian. The website also includes information about mindful living and exercise. 

Food Assistance:

Archie's Pantry - A free, confidential resource providing food, personal care items and nutrition support to USI students and employees. Archie's Pantry offers expanded offerings and a more accessible location.

Swipe out hunger meal assistance - the USI Dean of Students office is partnering with Swipe Out Hunger and Sodexo to help students experiencing food insecurity.
