Healthy eating can help you maintain energy and focus when you need it most! We offer nutrition counseling and education in collaboration with the USI Food & Nutrition Program. 

Nutrition Counseling:

Keeping a healthy diet in college can be challenging, and one-on-one meetings can help you achieve your goals. Counseling allows students to get professional, individualized nutrition advice from a registered dietitian. Appointments are free and open to all students. Book an appointment here. 

Educational Programs:

Healthy Eating Resources:
