Bursar's Office

Important Announcements

The Bursar's Office is available to assist you at the cashier windows Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.  For an appointment, please email the Bursar's Office at bursar@usi.edu. Appointments are not required for transactions at the cashier windows.

Billing and Payment Information

Fall 2025 student account balances must be paid in full. Students with unpaid balances will have a hold placed on their account, which will prevent registration for future classes. If you are graduating this December, please check your student account balance and make sure your mailing address is up to date for your 1098-T tax form.

Spring 2026 tuition due date is January 12, 2026. You must be paid in full, have adequate financial aid, or enrolled in a payment plan by the due date. We offer different payment plans that are interest free and there is no fee to enroll. To enroll, log into MyUSI and click on the TouchNet link. For more information about spring 2026 payment plans, click on the Payment Plan link below.

The Student Financial Success Center (SFSC) wants to help you plan your financial success. Whether you are a freshman wanting to lower your student debt or a senior planning to graduate, the SFSC can help you budget and make financial decisions towards a secure future. Make an appointment today and start a better financial future now.

Understanding Your Bill

Tuition and Fees

College is a big investment, and we’re here to make it easier to understand. We want you to feel confident about both the cost of college and the value of your degree. That’s why we offer complete transparency—so every student knows exactly what to expect before they start their journey.

Bill and Payment Schedule

Many factors go into creating your bill, and it’s important to know when statements are available and when payments are due. Staying informed helps you plan ahead and avoid surprises.

Calculate your costs

Wondering what college will really cost? We make it easy. With our Pre-Semester Check-In tool, you’ll see exactly what you’ll pay for tuition, fees, on-campus housing, and your meal plan each semester. Just enter your financial aid offer, and we’ll calculate your out-of-pocket cost.

eRefunds

Get your refund the fast and secure way. Enroll in eRefunds and enjoy a quicker, safer, and more convenient way to receive your financial aid or tuition refund—right to your account.

1098T Forms

What’s a 1098-T form and do you qualify? Each year, the Bursar’s Office provides the IRS Form 1098-T. This form helps eligible students and families claim valuable education-related tax credits. If you meet the IRS criteria, you’ll receive one automatically.
