Caps and Gowns
Regalia may be ordered online through the USI Campus Store or visit the store in person for same-day pickup. Doctoral graduates should contact the USI Campus Store directly to place orders. Contact the Campus Store at 812-464-1717 for more information. Be sure to check your regalia after picking it up to make sure nothing is missing.
PLEASE NOTE: All students must comply with the Commencement Regalia Policy with regard to stoles, cords, medals and caps.
Formal Announcements
Announcements can be ordered online. Please click on the link and follow the simple instructions. You will need to pay with a PayPal account or a credit-card.
Photography
GradImages® will take a photos of each graduate throughout the ceremony. Approximately one week after Commencement, GradImages® will email proofs to the graduates for review at their USI email address. For further information, you may contact GradImages® at 800-628-4509.
Commencement Gifts and Memorabilia
The USI Alumni Council will have commencement gifts and memorabilia such as floral bouquets, short-sleeve t-shirts and sweatshirts for the Class of 2024 with all graduate names on the back and other gifts available for purchase outside the Screaming Eagles Arena. Celebrate! Recognize a USI 2024 Graduate in your life with a customized yard sign from USI Copy Center. Sign cost is $15 plus tax and is pick-up only at the USI Publishing Services Center. Orders are accepted through Wednesday, May 1, 2024 (spring graduates) and Wednesday, December 11 (fall graduates). Place your order online.
