Welcome Week Check-In and Fair

Residential Students will receive Welcome Week materials at the Welcome Week Tent prior to checking in for Housing on Wednesday, August 13 and Thursday, August 14. If you arrive on any other days, please pick up Welcome Week information at the Commuter Student locations. 

Commuter Students can pick up Welcome Week materials at University Center West on

• Wednesday, August 13 (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Thursday, August 14 (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Friday, August 15 (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
• Saturday, August 16 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)
• Sunday, August 17 (10 a.m.-3 p.m.)

You can also pick up materials on Thursday, August 14 before New Student Convocation in Liberty Arena from 3-4 p.m. 

When you arrive at campus, skip the Housing Check-In car line in the left lane and drive in the right lane to Parking Lot C by Liberty Arena, Home of the Screaming Eagles (the building with glass and the eagle design).
