Plan to attend USI Wellness Fair

More than 50 vendors will offer free health screenings and other information for USI employees, retirees and students at the University's Wellness Fair Wednesday, September 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Carter Hall. Vendors will focus on physical, emotional, financial, intellectual, spiritual and environmental health and wellness.
President Rochon will welcome guests and vendors at 9 a.m. Treats, giveaways and prizes are available.
Take advantage of the following services:
- Flu shot (Free to employees covered by any USI Anthem medical plan. Bring your University ID and Anthem medical card. Flu shots will be located near Carter Hall in Suits 226 and 227.)
- Blood pressure evaluation
- Cholesterol evaluation
- Respiratory evaluation
- Vision screening
- Skin screening
- Bone density screening
Please bring the following items:
- University ID
- Anthem medical card
- Donations for Archie's Closet (Most needed items include: deodorant, body wash, toothpaste, soap, four-pack toilet paper, tissues, marinara/alfredo sauce, pasta/instant pasta, instant potatoes, oatmeal, granola bars, snack crackers, fruit cups, peanut butter, canned tuna, canned chicken, Hamburger Helper and popcorn.)
Following the USI Wellness Fair, complete a survey for a chance to win the grand prize, a gift card to Fresh Market and a Magic Bullet personal blender. A link to the survey will be sent to all Wellness Fair participants via email.
