We are so excited to see YOU at Liberty Arena, Home of the Screaming Eagles this Saturday, April 11 for SpringFest at USI featuring The Driver Era and USI alum Lucas Washington.

Things to know before you go!

If you are visiting Evansville for the first time or haven’t traveled to campus in a while you will notice there is widespread construction occurring on our main roadway, the Lloyd Expressway. Please be careful as you commute in for the show and account for traffic delays. Read more about the construction at https://thelloyd4u.com/

The Lloyd 4 U

Concert attendees may park in Lots A, B and C which can be accessed from University Boulevard and Clarke Lane. Additional parking can be found in Lots D, E and F.

  • In each lot there are select spots or sections that are reserved for residents or campus authorities with signage to that effect.
  • The nearest accessible parking spots to the public entrance are located in the first two bays of Lot C.
  • Please refer to this map of campus for parking lot locations and their proximity to the arena.

Camping outside the Arena before the show is prohibited. The earliest time attendees may arrive to queue outside is 4 p.m.

Students will enter the Arena through the double doors across from the Aquatic Center along University Boulevard. See attached photo for reference.

Non-students or public attendees will enter through the main Arena entrance along Bennett Lane. See attached photo for reference.

Please review the Liberty Arena Prohibited Items Policy for guidance on what you may bring inside the building.

PUBLIC TICKETS

If you purchased tickets to stand on the floor, upon entering the Arena you will turn left toward the floor. There you will show your ticket and be given a wristband. The wristband will be required to enter and exit the floor throughout the evening.

If you purchased seated tickets in the lower bowl, you will enter the Arena and head up the stairs to find your section. Look for an Usher in a red vest if you need assistance.

  • There is an elevator to the left of the entrance you can use to get to the upstairs level.

STUDENT TICKETS

If you claimed a ticket to stand on the floor (AKA a blue ticket with NO stamp), upon entering the Arena you get in line to receive your wristband. The wristband will be required to enter and exit the floor throughout the evening. You will then walk down Section 106 to the floor.

  • If you need to use an elevator to get downstairs, let a staff member know and we will escort you to the nearest elevator.

If you claimed an assigned seat tickets in the lower bowl (AKA a blue ticket with a RED music note stamp), you will enter the Arena and continue straight around the concourse to find your section. Look for an Usher in a red vest if you need assistance.

 

There will also be FREE SpringFest shirts for students while supplies last upon entering so don’t forget to grab yours before heading to your seat.

We encourage all attendees to download the Screagle Watch App prior to arriving.

This will allow USI Public Safety to send important alerts and information directly to you in the event of an emergency.

Concessions will be available for purchase in two locations within the Arena concourse.

Artist merchandise will be available for purchase in the Arena lobby in front of the Hall of Fame wall (the same level as where the Public will enter)

Headliner: The Driver Era

Come out to Liberty Arena, Home of the Screaming Eagles on Saturday, April 11th to witness an unforgettable show from alternative rock duo The Driver Era. The band features singer and actor Ross Lynch and his brother Rocky, a multi-instrumentalist/producer.
Doors will open at 6 P.M., with our opening act Lucas Washington, a USI student going on at 7 P.M., followed by our headlining act The Driver Era at approximately 8 p.m.!
USI Students can claim their FREE ticket with their valid Student ID in hand at the Student Life Office, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Public tickets can be purchased for $30 with the option of choosing a standing General Admission Ticket, or an assigned seated ticket.
This show will be one you won’t want to miss, and you definitely won’t forget.

About The Driver Era

Formed in 2018 following the conclusion of their earlier band R5, Los Angeles based group, The Driver Era, blends alternative rock, funk and R&B influences into a modern, genre-crossing sound. Writing, performing and producing their own music, the duo quickly established themselves with the release of their debut single Preacher Man and have continued to build a strong following through a steady stream of releases and live performances. 

About Lucas Washington

Lucas Washington brings classic rock to life with powerful vocals and magnetic energy. His performances have taken him to iconic venues like the Troubadour, and he earned major recognition after winning the DWPresents Battle of the Bands and performing on the main stage at Louder Than Life. While rooted in rock’s timeless sound, Lucas continues to push creative boundaries through experimental projects, blending raw rock influence with fresh, innovative styles.

Frequently Asked Questions

All student tickets are General Admission for specific areas of the arena. In the designated sections, students may choose to stand on the floor or sit in a seat in parts of the lower bowl. Non-students have the option to purchase standing floor tickets or seated tickets. Non-student tickets not in the bowl will be assigned seating based on the seat number indicated on your tickets. 
Each student will receive only one ticket. Non-student tickets for purchase are not limited.
Non-students are welcome to purchase a ticket for the show, but they cannot gain access as a plus-one of a current student.
Only USI students with student ID in hand will be permitted inside the designated student area inside the arena. Non-students must sit in the area that is indicated on their ticket.

Yes, arena concessions will be available to any concert-goer on the second floor of the arena concourse. Artist merchandise will be available for purchase on the first floor of the arena concourse. USI Students may claim their FREE SpringFest t-shirt by presenting their ID inside the designated student area within the arena.

All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend the show.

The earliest attendees may begin to form a line outside the arena is 4 P.M. Camping is prohibited.
