Injury/illness at work information from USI HR

USI Employees (including student workers) who encounter an injury/illness at work must submit their First Report of Injury to HR Benefits within 24 hours of the injury/illness. Information, FAQs, tutorials and the report are accessible at usi.edu/hr/benefits/workers-compensation-insurance. Submit completed report at HR Leaves.
