As part of the 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment period, from October 20 through November 12, employees are invited to participate in the Employee Benefits Expo, which offers guidance designed to help you make informed benefit choices for the upcoming plan year.

Representatives will be available to answer questions, share materials and offer giveaways. Attendees will also have the chance to win prizes throughout the day.
As part of the 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment period, various vendors will host educational presentations to help you better understand your benefit options. Presentations will be held in UC 2220 during the expo.
Flu Shots Available
The USI Nursing Program, in partnership with the USI Deaconess Clinic, will offer flu shots during the expo in UC 2217–2219. Please bring a copy of your insurance card.
