Relocation of IT Department Service Desk offices

Due to ongoing construction work in the Wright Administration Building, the Information Technology Service Desk offices have moved to a new, temporary location. 

Offices are now located in the lower level of Rice Library in Room 0026 (in the south hallway near the elevator next to Starbucks). Those employees moved are: 

• Mike Mikulski, Interim Director of Technical Services
• Darrin Burns, IT Client Services Manager
• Linda Rhodes, Service Desk Coordinator
• Gigie Hyneman, Service Desk Analyst
• Student staff members

Note: Employee phone numbers remain the same. 

The Rice Library First Floor Circulation Desk will also feature an IT student worker (based on availability) for basic IT assistance.
