USI is launching a Campus Climate Survey to better understand students’ experiences related to safety, belonging and awareness of campus resources. This survey provides an opportunity for students to share honest, anonymous feedback about their time at USI regarding their sense of safety and belonging, including what is working, where gaps exist and how the University can continue to improve.
The results of this survey will directly inform future initiatives, prevention education efforts and support services across campus. From enhancing student safety and strengthening community standards to improving access to resources and support, student input plays a critical role in shaping meaningful change.
Students who complete the survey can enter to win one of 13 Flex Money prizes ($10-$50). All currently enrolled students are encouraged to participate, and staff and faculty are asked to promote student participation in any way they can. The survey is completely anonymous and takes only a short amount of time to complete. By participating, students help ensure that decisions made at USI reflect their real experiences and real needs. Equity and belonging start with listening, and this is the students' chance to be heard.
