"After several years of slow and arduous career growth, I decided to take a chance and pursue an MBA program. In 2022, when I enrolled in USI's MBA program (concentration in Healthcare Administration), my role was Rehab Supervisor at a hospital-based outpatient therapy department, leading a team of about 20 people. After taking courses such as Data-Driven Decision Making and Lean Six Sigma, I developed a strong process improvement mindset and led several such projects. As my education at USI continued, my strength as a leader and innovator also increased. In the 20 months since starting USI's MBA program, I have been promoted twice, and my annual salary has more than doubled. Clearly, enrolling in this program was the right decision!"
