AwardSpring Scholarships

Deadline: The priority application deadline was January 31, 2026.

This application is intended for incoming freshmen, transfer, current, and graduate students who are attending USI during the 2026-2027 academic year. Submitting the AwardSpring application allows you to be considered for scholarships from the USI Foundation. The software will automatically match potential recipients to scholarships based on application information and criteria established by the scholarship donor.

Submitting an application does not guarantee you will receive a scholarship. Completed applications will be evaluated and scholarship recipients will be selected in spring of 2026. 

How To Access the AwardSpring Application

1. Activate myUSI account

myUSI Account Activation Steps: 

1. Go to the myUSI activation page
2. Provide required info to activate account
3. Follow steps as prompted to create account password.
4. Set up multifactor authentication

If you have trouble activating your account, please contact the IT Help Desk at 812-465-1080.

2. Access the AwardSpring portal to complete the scholarship application

For fast and easy access, type in AwardSpring in the search bar.
