The USI Deaconess Clinic provides medical services and health-related information only to students, faculty, and staff. We are located in the Fitness Center room 260. The healthcare providers in the USI Deaconess Clinic work in harmony with the University and are employed by Deaconess Health System.
We recognize that health and education are precious assets. Our goal is to help you maintain or improve your health, allowing you to reach your highest potential both in and out of the classroom.

Cost is $25 if paying with cash, Free for students with the Deaconess Clinic plan, can bill most insurances.
COVID-19 Testing on Campus
On-campus COVID-19 testing is available for USI students and employees.
USI no longer receiving free rapid antigen COVID tests. Antigen tests are available at a $20 charge.
