Understand the Policies
Read our equity policies so that you understand your rights and responsibilities
Due to ongoing inclement weather, the University of Southern Indiana campus will remain closed, and all in-person classes, activities and on-campus events are canceled Monday, January 26. Online classes will continue asynchronously unless students are notified by their professor. Essential personnel only should report to work. If you are unsure of your status, contact your supervisor. More information and updates at USI.edu/emergency.
USI is committed to providing an educational and work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and hazing, and does not condone or tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or hazing against any person in the University community. The Institutional Equity Office (IEO) supports that commitment, and we are here to provide information, resources, and resolution to those who are experiencing harassment, discrimination, or hazing as a member of the USI community. Our office works with the USI community to implement and uphold policies and procedures that are consistent with federal and state laws. IEO is also the Title IX office for the USI campus.
For student athletes transferring out of USI wishing to request their own student records, Title IX or conduct-related records may be requested with the Student Athlete Transfer Request.
