The USI Information Technology Department Help Desk is located in FA 41. We are a service organization dedicated to providing state-of-the-art information technology and communications to students, faculty, and staff.
We provide
- Computer support (hardware and software)
- Administrative software (human resources, student records, financial accounting, and advancement)
- Network services and support (which includes internet connectivity)
- Telecommunications and Voicemail
- Academic computer labs
- Library systems support
- Blackboard support
- Audio/Visual services
The continuing goals of the University of Southern Indiana Information Technology Department are to meet the challenging and expanding computing and communications needs of the University, and to provide outstanding service to all University constituents.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Information Technology Department is to provide support for the faculty, staff, and students of the University. This encompasses administrative and academic computer support; Local Area Network (LAN) support structure; microcomputer hardware and software support, Internet assistance, audio/visual, Blackboard, telecommunications, and various software applications.
