USI Catering Update

As we begin a new semester, and with some recent transitions within catering staff, the USI Catering team would like to notify the USI community that all questions and catering needs, should be communicated by email at catering@usi.edu. Using this email ensures that the proper person within catering will respond to questions and needs for your event. Behind the scenes, Sara Samford, Catering Manager, who began serving in her role in October 2021, will continue to ensure seamless service of catering needs across campus.
