USI will host a blood drive with the American Red Cross from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 8 in Carter Hall. Those who donate blood will receive a $15 e-gift card!

To prepare for a blood donation:
- Get a good night's sleep the night before your donation.
- Eat healthy foods and drink extra liquids.
- Bring your donor card, driver's license or two other forms of identification.
- Bring a list of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications you're taking.
- Wear a shirt with sleeves that you can roll up above your elbows.
- Ask a friend to donate at the same time. You can support each other and do twice as much good!
