Monday - 10 - 11 A.M.

*The purpose of Open Office Hours is to have at least one staff member available to meet with students without an appointment. This is an opportunity for students to walk-in and ask questions or share any concerns that they may have.

The Dean of Students Office is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that advocates for the holistic well-being and success of every student. Through active engagement and the promotion of a strong sense of community, we connect students to essential resources, empowering them to thrive academically, personally, and socially within our vibrant campus community.

VISION

The Dean of Students office will serve as a collaborative hub dedicated to educating, advocating for, and supporting USI students, fostering a thriving and inclusive campus community.

Student Support: We assist students with personal, academic, or social challenges by connecting them with resources and services that can help them succeed. 

Collaboration: We work closely with faculty and staff to address student concerns to create supportive learning environments that foster student development.  

Inclusivity: We support initiatives that foster a welcoming and supportive environment on campus, ensuring that all students have access to the resources and assistance they need to thrive. 

Learning: We empower students to pursue knowledge and develop critical thinking skills, resiliency and engage in lifelong learning. 

Advocacy: We serve as a voice for students in university decision making processes and ensuring that student needs and perspectives are considered in institutional policies.  

Archie's Pantry

Archie's Pantry

Archie's Pantry stocks a wide range of items beyond traditional pantry staples, including fresh produce, meat, and dairy. Recipes and healthy meal planning resources are also available to take home.

Archie's Pantry is a partnership between the Dean of Students Office and Kinney College's Food and Nutrition Department. The closet is maintained through donations.

There is no fee to use Archie's Closet, just a valid Eagle Access Card.
