Campus housing is available during the summer terms. Rates for summer 2024 are listed below.
- Rates are $27 per night for a four person/two bedroom or $46 per night for two person/two bedroom.
- The summer contract will be available on the Housing portal in April 2024.
- Students will be housed in the apartments designated for summer housing.
- Current residents will not check out of their spring assignment. You will be contacted by Housing and Residence Life when your summer assignment is ready for you to move.
- There is not a summer class enrollment requirement. To be eligible, students must have been enrolled at USI during spring 2024 and be enrolled in classes for fall 2024.
- Summer contracts must be a minimum of three weeks in length.
- To ensure housing facilities are ready for fall move in, summer contracts must be completed and students moved in by Monday, June 24, 2024. Students may not submit a summer contract or move in after June 24.
