Summer housing is available for current USI students only. Review the rates and eligibility requirements below.
- Students will be housed in the apartments designated for summer housing.
- Summer 2026 rates:
- $33 per student/per night for a four person/two bedroom apartment
- $57 per student/per night for two person/two bedroom apartment
- The summer contract will be available on the Housing Portal in April 2026.
- Current residents will not check out of their spring assignment. Residents will be contacted by Housing and Residence Life when their summer assignment is ready. Moves are expected to occur before the end of May.
- Eligibility: You must have been enrolled at USI in Spring 2026 and be enrolled for Fall 2026. If you were not enrolled in Spring 2026 or will not be enrolled in Fall 2026, you must be enrolled in at least three (3) credit hours during Summer 2026 to live on campus.
- Summer housing contracts must be a minimum of three (3) weeks in length.
- Summer housing contracts may not be used as an option for early move-in due to an off-campus lease ending.
