Due to inclement weather conditions, the University of Southern Indiana campus will remain closed, and all in-person classes, activities and on-campus events are canceled Tuesday, January 27. Online classes will continue asynchronously unless students are notified by their professor. Essential personnel only should report to work. If you are unsure of your status, contact your supervisor. Step 1: Submit Your Application

Before you begin, prepare thoughtful responses to:
• Why are you interested in being an Orientation Leader?
• What past experiences (involvement or employment) will help you succeed in this role?

You’ll also need to:
• List your campus involvement
• Provide contact info for two references (name, email, position) — be sure to ask their permission first!

Step 2: Individual Interview

Timeframe: January 19-26

All applicants will be asked to sign up for a 20-minute individual interview. This is your chance to share your story, strengths, and how you’ll contribute to the Orientation Leader team.

Step 3: Position Offers

Notifications sent by January 27

The selection committee will choose candidates who best align with the team’s mission and needs. All applicants will be notified of their status.
