A board of nine trustees, appointed by the Governor of the State of Indiana, governs the University of Southern Indiana. This site provides information on Board of Trustees membership, meetings, and actions. The Board meets in regular session six times each year and holds an annual meeting in July.
The University of Southern Indiana Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in the Griffin Center on campus.
Trustee meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday in the months of July, September, November, January, and March; and on Friday coinciding with Commencement in May.
Indicated with an asterisk (*) in the schedule are meeting dates that have been adjusted due to falling near or on a recognized holiday or significant University event.
