AHEC Scholars

The AHEC Scholars program is designed to give health professions students a deeper understanding of rural and urban healthcare, caring for underserved populations, and the importance of practice transformation in a clinical care setting.

Indiana SANE Training Project

The Indiana SANE Training Project provides advanced nursing educational opportunities, mentoring and support for Registered Nurses and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to become trained, clinically competent and certified as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners.

Clinical Collaborators

A vibrant rural healthcare system requires not only an ongoing commitment to education of current employees and the future healthcare workforce, but also to creating reciprocal partnerships across the region. We recognize the efforts of healthcare educators and providers that are helping achieve our mission of improving health for all.
