Hospitality expenses must be supported by a business purpose statement, description, and any other relevant documentation to clearly substantiate allowability under the Hospitality Policy.
Expenses that are exorbitant, abusive, inadequately documented, or otherwise non‑compliant with this policy or funding restrictions will be denied and become the personal responsibility of the individual who incurred or approved the expense.
