August 25: Self-Care Station (11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. UC Outdoor Table): Remember to take care of YOU at USI! Stop by our Self-Care Station to learn about the many wellness resources on campus, and pick up free stress balls, sleep masks, ear plugs, band-aids and more!
September 11: Improve your Snooze! (12:15-1:00 p.m. in UC 2218): Learn helpful strategies and relaxation exercises to get the best sleep possible! All attendees will be entered in a drawing to win a Chulux coffee maker with sleepy time tea. Sponsored by RFW and USI Deaconess Clinic.

September 16: Breakfast Hacks and Caffeine Facts (3:30-4:30 p.m. in RFW 122): Learn tips and tricks for breakfast prep to be an easy, low stress part of your busy mornings, as well as caffeine intake and how much is too much. Sponsored by USI Food and Nutrition and RFW.
September 24: USI Wellness Fair (9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Carter Hall): More than 40 vendors from our community and USI departments/organizations will be under one roof for attendees to gather information on wellness related topics, see demonstrations and participate in screenings and other wellness activities. September 30: Free HIV Testing (12-2 p.m. in UC 2217): Free and confidential HIV and Hep-C testing. Take charge of your health and know your status! This is a drop-in event – no appointments.
October:

October 13-November 2: Be Rested Virtual Challenge: Improving sleep quality starts with understanding how your daily habits and routines affect your rest. Throughout this virtual challenge, you'll explore effective sleep strategies, set weekly sleep hygiene goals, and receive helpful tips and resources delivered straight to your inbox. Complete the challenge and you’ll be entered in a drawing to win a prize! Registration closes 10/12. SIGN-UP HERE.
October 14: Flowers on the Lake (4:30-5:00 p.m. in front of Liberal Arts Center): October is domestic violence awareness month. Join the USI Sexual Assault & Gender Violence Prevention Group, Albion Fellows Bacon Center, and the YWCA for this annual ceremony to remember those who have lost their lives to domestic violence.
October 23: Fall De-Stress Fest (2:00-4:00 p.m. in RFW 122): Come relax with mini pumpkin painting, coloring, hot chocolate, and free stress management resources.
October 28: Prevent a health SCARE! Alcohol Trivia Table (11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. UC Upstairs Table, by the Loft): What really counts as a drink? Ever heard of BORGs? Can you do anything to sober up faster? Put your alcohol knowledge to the test and learn safer strategies if you choose to drink.
