1/21-1/28: One week of Mindfulness: Virtual Wellness Challenge: Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment and can be a helpful tool for managing stress. During this one-week virtual challenge, you’ll receive instructions for short and simple mindfulness practice each day via e-mail. Complete the challenge, and you’ll be entered in a drawing for a prize! SIGN-UP HERE.
2/3: HIV Testing (12-2 p.m. in UC 2217): Take charge of your health and know your status! Free and confidential HIV and Hep-C testing is offered by Matthew 25. This is a drop-in event – no appointments.
