Per Diem Rates

Per Diem is available for business trips to help supplement the cost of food purchases while away from home. Per Diem is not paid for same-day travel; overnight travel must be involved to claim Per Diem. For more information, see the USI Travel Policies and Procedures document.

• In-State Rate (travel within Indiana): $41 per day
• Out-of-State Rate (travel to any other U.S. State): $52 per day
• International Rate: Depends on the destination -- Reference the Per Diem Chart
