Many college students are well qualified to land an internship or job, so what will help set you apart from the crowd? The following skills along with your USI education can help you achieve success in the workplace. We've searched the web to find some great videos that will help you learn some basic but very important skills. In addition, you can schedule a 1 on 1 meeting with USI Career Services to try some of these skills in person using phones, copiers, and other equipment in our office. Many employers still use old fashioned mail to communicate. This video will show you how to address an envelope and get it ready to send. Many organizations also use interoffice mail to send things within the building or company, watch to learn more.
Most copy machines are fairly similar. The majority are small and only use 1 size of paper although some are larger and have more features such as sorting and stapling.
