USB Security Key Info

To purchase a USB Security Key from the University with a departmental chargeback

For employees, please visit https://services.usi.edu/TDClient/315/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=7174&SIDs=1334 to learn about ordering one with a departmental chargeback.  Please note that purchasing one with a departmental chargeback will require approval from your department's financial manager.

To purchase a USB Security Key from the University with personal funds

1. Visit https://secure.touchnet.net/C21706_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=67 to purchase the key
2. Pick up the key at the IT Service Desk (Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm) located in the lower level of the Wright Administration Building (near the elevator).
3. Follow the instructions at https://www.usi.edu/it/security/multifactor-authentication/usb-security-key to set up the USB Security Key.
