The RFWC has a variety of equipment available to students, employees, and campus organizations.
The equipment is free to check out with a valid Eagle Access Card.
Camping Equipment
Reserve equipment 48hrs in advance to guarantee availability
USI Students, Faculty, or Staff may check out:
1 - Tent (4 or 6 person) is available
2 - Sleeping Bags
2 - Sleeping Pads
Gear is due back the Tuesday after it is checked out. If not turned in 3 days following the designated "return" date, full charges will be applied to your account.
Reserve Camping Equipment
Bicycles
Available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bike checkout is free. All bikes must be checked-in before sunset the day of check-out, otherwise full charges will be applied to your account.
Sports Equipment
Groups and individuals can check out a variety of sport equipment from the RFWC.
All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All equipment may not be available at all times, due to RFWC programming.
To check out sport equipment, please contact the RFWC at least 24 hours prior to your event. You will be required to come to the RFWC in person to pick up equipment and sign a checkout form.
