6 Year Dual Degree

University of Southern Indiana students enjoy pathway opportunities to complete Sullivan University's Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from USI in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry in a timelier and more affordable timeframe than the traditional path.

  • Must complete 90 hours of coursework at USI in the Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry degree
  • Must complete the application process for and matriculate into Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Services
  • Must complete specific PharmD courses at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and Health Services and submit that transcript to USI

Under the pathway program, students can complete both their undergraduate degree and Doctor of Pharmacy degree in as few as six years. This allows students to enter the workforce as a pharmacist one to two years quicker than traditional PharmD programs.
