Individual Virtual Appointments

Schedule a 30-minute individual virtual appointment with an international admissions counselor via video or voice to learn more about USI, the admission and immigration process and next steps. We ask that you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We offer appointments in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Macedonian, Serbian and Bulgarian, let us know the language you need to be assisted with. 

Please note that this appointment does not include academic advising and course registration.

On your mobile device or tablet:

  1. Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app
  2. Sign up by providing your name and email address
  3. Prior to your appointment time, you will be sent a link to the meeting via email. Click on the link via email at your appointment time to join the meeting.

On your computer:
