*Estimated expenses do not include the cost of transportation to and from the U.S., the $40 application fee, $50 housing application fee, or $200 housing pre-payment. The USI Board of Trustees will set fees for 2020-2021 in July 2020. Students who take classes and live on campus during the summer can expect to spend an additional $6,227-$10,000 depending on various enrollment factors. Certain academic programs are subject to additional fees for the major. For a complete list, refer to the Program Fees section of the Tuition and Fees page

To assist in providing proof of your finances, we have created a Statement of Finances form for you to complete and have signed by your financial sponsor and submit with your bank statements.

Dependents

U.S. immigration regulations for F-1 and J-1 visas allow you to apply for dependent visas for your spouse and children. If you plan to bring your spouse or children with you to USI, you will need to submit proof of an additional $3,000 per dependent. You also need to send a copy of their passports with your application materials.
