Book a Field Trip

Sessions focus on real-world problem-solving and STEM exploration. We can routinely accommodate groups of up to 40 students in 60-90 minute sessions. Larger groups of 40 or more students may be accommodated if space and staffing are available.  One (1) adult chaperone is required per every ten (10) students.

1. Select your lesson from the USI Discovery Lab Catalog.
   
   
2. Complete the field trip request form. 
   Please Note: Field trip requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. See below for black-out dates when no field trips will be scheduled. 
   
   
3. Within 3 business days, a representative of the USI STEM Discovery Lab will reach out to you via phone or email to coordinate and finalize your field trip.
   
   
4. You will receive a confirmation email with your finalized field trip plans.
