The University of Southern Indiana Charter Schools Office encourages parents, students, employees, and community members to first seek resolution of concerns through the charter school's local complaint procedures. If the concern remains unresolved or involves allegations of legal, health, safety, governance, or charter compliance issues, a complaint may be submitted to the USI Charter Schools Office using the procedures outlined in the USI Charter Office Complaint Policy And Procedure.
